Description

Situated in Tengchong County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, P.R. China, the Houqiao Hydropower Station is a vital component of the Binglang River hydropower development plan. Powered by three 16 MW hydro turbines, the station has an installed capacity of 48 MW and generates 235,000MWh of electricity annually. Key Highlights: - The Houqiao Hydropower Station is the second level of the Binglang River hydropower development plan. - With a surface area of 0.17 km2, the station has a power density of 282.4 W/m2.
