Description

Mytrah Energy (India) Limited (MEIL) is a renewable energy company that aims to build wind power assets in India. To achieve this goal, they have set up a 25.20 MW wind power project in the Rajkot and Surendranagar districts of Gujarat State. Key Highlights: - The project comprises of 12 Wind Electric Generators (WEGs) of Suzlon Energy Limited’s S88 model. - Each WEG has a capacity of 2.1 MW, resulting in a total capacity of 25.20 MW. - The project is expected to generate clean energy that will offset the emission of approximately 48,000 tonnes of CO2 per year. - By using wind power, the project will reduce India's dependence on fossil fuels and contribute to the country's goal of increasing its renewable energy capacity. - Additionally, the project has created employment opportunities for the local community during the construction and operation phases. This wind power project is an important step towards reducing India's carbon footprint and increasing its renewable energy capacity. By generating clean energy, it will contribute to the country's goal of reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating climate change. Furthermore, the project has provided employment opportunities and contributed to the sustainable development of the local communities.
